International Women's Day

Just wondered how & when we started international women's day.
Found on Wikipedia today https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Women%27s_Day
also wondering if men's day is also being celebrated, if yes when & why.
Off course Wikipedia is solution for all such informations.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Men%27s_Day
Going through the roots, it can be easily said that we have started celebrating these days when we become aware of social issues & all these socialism starts with Russia which has seen most of the sufrage & the awakening.

UN has started celebrating International women's day from 1975 & discussing these women issues have resolved many of women's issues.

As we moved into millenial generation, we have started celebrating these days with specific themes.

for year 2020, the new theme for International Women's day is https://twitter.com/hashtag/eachforequal?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Ehashtag

While going through the theme I was just wondering are we going towards 'each for equal'. Women have been a source of inspiration for men, they have been supporting men in everyday affairs, in past 2 decades most of the women have started coming out of their supporting character roles & becoming part of mainstream. This has changed the society as a whole well as the men. However, this women's day was celebrated mostly be feminists throughout these years & they always have a strong apathy for men. This apathy & misandry of women have left them with a strong sense of 'more rights & less responsibilities. With the advent of easy media access, feminism have penetrated through the villages, towns & cities of India. Many of the women have started believing that men are not good for young & adult women. Men are required only as a provider, not someone who provide them happiness & satisfaction. In search of happiness & satisfaction, women have started looking for different avenues & started behaving in the same way as some of the men behave.
Women centric laws were framed to stop suffrage of women, but women have started using these laws to satisfy their ego & this has led to suffering of men's families & women have started enjoying themselves in the same. With support of society, these issues have started changing women as a whole.
But the point is, India is a country where most of the people are from middle class & most of them are young adults. These women centric laws have started devastating families which always comprise of men & women both. This has led to the fact that many of the women have started feeling the pressure of these laws as many of the women are not getting justice within time or they are getting dragged into these laws.

this has led to a new era of women where they have started feeling that what they want is equality, equal opportunities so that both women & men prosper & hence the society.

Hope this international women's day we look for equality among men & women (off course we have to respect biological differences), provide both of them equal opportunities, equality in financial matters & all day to day affairs.

Personally, I support each & every woman today who looks for equality & not for feminism.

Happy International Women's day, Lets celebrate this day to congratulate all the women in the world who look for equality among men & women and who know that both men & women are required for society's prosperity.

Long live the humanity.
