New education policy of india - An overview

 India is a country of 138 Billion people & more than 60% of its population is young. Its median age is 28.8 & the more young people means more prosperity, more life expectancy & much more new developments. However, are we able to find the same in today's India. The answer is no/not upto the expectations, if we go to the real reason, much of it lies in our education system itself which focuses more on facts than application of knowledge, In Today's world, information is available everywhere but there is serious lack of knowledge amongst indians.

In these times, Government of india is taking a right step towards changing its education policy to suit it to the recent needs.

Below snap refers to various developments for education policy of India.

Almost a week ago, on 31st july, 2020 Indian government announced new education policy, which is a complete makeover of the existing one and more suitable for the current demographics of india.

Some of the biggest highlights of the NEP 2020 are, 1) a single regulator for higher education institutions, except medical & legal profession 2) multiple entry and exit options in degree courses, 3) discontinuation of MPhil programmes, 4) low stakes board exams, 5) common entrance exams for universities.

If properly implemented, these initiatives will work in favor of our students to empower them to take decisions in their life. 

Point is, Life takes it exam everyday & that is never being taught in school. As of now, Schools teach only the works done by different people and the basics of history, geography, physics, chemistry, economics & language. These things are never being used in actual life except for few professions.

In fact, the purpose of our education system was to create professionals who can work for major businesses & government. No-one has checked that with ever complicating things & changing business models across the globe, we need to educate our younger generation to apply the information they gain from sources.

No. of universities & accrediting organizations have really complicated the entrance examinations & the trauma students undergo during their college days.

This new change must change the way our younger generation is getting prepared for new challenges.

It will also help kids having overall knowledge & get holistic education which is most important in today's times when both working parents are not able to impart proper education to their kids.

There are many hopes with this education policy provided its properly implemented.

All the booklovers must have gone through a book named 'The Business of the 21st century'.

A great book, well suited to the recent times of 2020, wherein every business will be moving to digital platform & the uncertainty will be growing like anything. All of us are engaged in one or other profession & working for our financial/social status & try to do everything to complete our responsibilities within time. 

This book tells us about 4 different quadrants to attain financial condition-E,S,B & I. Almost 95% of population is indulged in E &S quadrant & part of rat race & attain financial freedom only after gaining a age of 55 or more than that. If there are surprises in life, we won't be able to attain that as well.

If we use the principle of network building & developing ourselves to create win-win situation, this methodology can work very well to create wealth building model.

Network marketing is something which is the most privalent in today's times of information age wherein so much information is available online that people get confused. In these times, if there is a network of people who is aware of the products & they use word-to-mouth relationships to convey the message to others, most of the people who want to buy a product get convincing answers.

Here comes selling through network marketing concept which creates win-win situation for the people involved in marketing as well as for the people who are involved in buying products.

This methodology works on 'e compunding' wherein interest compounds based upon how many people are connected to the network & the time invested.

Napolean Hill Author of 'Think and Grow Rich’ is often credited as saying that ‘Make your money work so hard for you; so that you do not have to work for it.’

This is the fundamental on which e compounding/network marketing works.

Build up network, ask your network to keep building their netwroks & get the residual incomes from everyone of their network map & keep increasing your money.

That's the motto of this concept.

It helps building a great pipeline which can start yeilding in a year or so, if more time is invested it can let u grow to financially independent person.

Retrospection

Life is a travellouge.

In these last 4 years of pre/post marriage, pre/post separation & still awaiting for the decree of divorce life has changed a lot. 

I have a typical way of retrospecting/ remembering good/bad things of life when I fall ill.

There are many take aways from this marriage, but retrospecting & feeling fresh after illness is something which is always my own. 

This tym, in COVID-19 crisis, when I am looking for my soulmate/life partner, many of the good/bad things reminded me of my problems as well as the effects of someone else's problem.

Well, this ended with talking to my one month older cousin who has his cute 6 month old baby boy,  reyansh.

The name which self & my ex wife/egotist woman has thought of for our son. The point is my cute niece was born on would be wedding anniversary. 

It reminded me of the worst relationship of my life which I wanted to be the best. 

The times spent together in patna, surat, mumbai, krabi, Phuket, namaste India Hotel, The Ship from Phuket to Krabi, Bagkok Aiport & the city,

Also the time spent together during journey from Surat to mumbai which inadvertently went upto talegaon/Mumbai-pune expressway & so so...

These three days again reminded me of the time spent together although following social Distancing in Patna Civil & High court as well as Baranwal Bhavan, Kadamkuan.

During retrospecting, I found that I have lost not only wealth but also the typical self of mine (specific positive attitude in times of negativity) to her. Most of the marriages end & men typically lose money & time and women get more and more money at cost of time, but this is the most unusual stuff which a man can loose.

My basic characteristic, my basic instinct has just lost in these 1.5-2 years post her legal tantrum of getting my family member arrested & shaming their names.

Me or my siblings will never forgive her for using these awkward legal tantrums, however I can't let her gain my good qualities & lost my bad ones just like that.

Thanks the illness, u taught me what I was into these 1.5-2 years. M sure enough to bounce back with more vigour, energy and the best of me before decree of divorce. 

God, thanks for making me remember this, M also sure that losing my father's money was first step & this was last stroke in letting me know my problems & how to resolve them.

Thanks my intuition.

Thank god, I know it's for my betterment.

I also know that this was for the life's greatest teaching & only the best is waiting for me for my future marital life & my family. Surely, this will lead to advancement of my professional life as well.

Retrospecting is always good.
