What's wrong with India

1. Men are the taxpayers who pay most of the taxes to the government however women enjoy free travel in buses.

2. Working women have to pay less lax as compared to men in same profession & position. 

3 . Women are the only gender who faces domestic violence & sexual assault.

4. You will get women specific seats in every mode of commutation, But u won't get the seats for differently abled or old person.

5. Even though the wife is equally or more earning than the husband, u will find that she is being paid maintenance/alimony by husband.

6. A woman can claim maintenance from his husband even though he is not working.

7. A married woman can get maintenance in 2 or 3 different cases.

8. A woman can file for maintenance even though she is legally divorced from her husband.

9. If a woman file false cases and same gets proven in court, even then she is left with small fine & no lawful action is taken action against her. If a man does a crime, he is getting punished severely. 

Dowry System in India

Most of us must have heard about/read/ experienced about dowry system prevailing in India. 

We have always heard that Men or their families exploit women for money & that's being called dowry.

Here comes the truth -

1. Dowry for girls/women is like a bribe to a boy/his family to get the man of his wish which she won't be able to get otherwise.

2. The same woman/girl consider dowry as one of the worst system for her/her sister but that's the best for her brother. 

3. She/Her parents give money/other benefits to the man so that man has to come to her conditions. 

4. This is one of the best money back guarantee one can get. Use dowry prohibition act and get more and more money by harassing the man and his parents/siblings. 

5. The societal acceptance a girl/woman get after filing false case is so good that she gets wide acceptance in almost all the cases, whereas the man have to fight the case.

6. This Dowry law has put more women under ambit of law than any other law. This has caused more and more women to get jailed as this law provides protection only to bahus not other women.

7. Reverse Dowry becomes so prominent that the girl want hefty amount of money for Settlement and divroce. This point is so much justified by law that a man doesn't have much option. 

8. In today's scenario wherein divorces are increasing day by day due to various reasons, this law helps women the most to settle their small scores with her husband and sasural wale, It helps them to get richer without any genuine effort. 

9. Many of the advocates use this law as only source of income. 

10. Many of the times Supreme Court of India has said that Dowry Protection law is legal terrorism, still the law persists.

In all these conditions, Is a man seeking dowry is wrong or a woman seeking reverse dowry is right.

Courts do business of law, whereas people believe it to be business of justice. This us the point wherein both parties do wrong & get their virtue.

What's wrong with India

Indians, The word with which we get our identity. Our motherland is one or other part of the great diversity. 

Are we Indians truly living our full potential, do we understand what's wrong and what's right. Do we really live our live to the fullest. 

For many of the questions, the answer is no. 

India has grown over a fast pace in previous decade, but we deserve much better.

There are many things we are proud of, However I will touch upon the stuff we as Indians need to improve/overcome. 

Being my first blog, I would touch upon the law. Any country is defined by the law & order which prevails.

India is a country where underprivileged are the most privileged by the law. 

Since laws are not made in a day, this privilege continue for so long that some other section become underprivilege.

India has 5o women centric Laws and the very essence of these laws have become so filthy that the laws which were made to protect women are being used to get the revenge/easy money.

Be it rape case, dowry case, domestic violence, workplace harassment, molestation or be it anything related to women's izzat, everything is being used for revenge or easy money. 

Once Delhi was being called as Rape Capital, Within 4-5 years, It has become Divroce Capital. 

One can find false dowry or dv case in every divorce. And the advocates & judges are being fed upon these filthy laws.

Women, If they don't get what they want, they just use these IPCs to get the revenge & say that it was very legitimate.

Point is, They always get support from the society (bcoz of their crocodile tears) & their parents, friends and brothers. 

And, the other pehlu is - The real victims don't easily get the opportunity to fight & get their rights. They are also being seen by people in same way as those false accusers are being seen.

All these laws are also going to change, But it is waiting for awakening in women & men both. 

Till dat, One has to enjoy being a victim of false cases or to enjoy inflicting false cases & getting easy money.
